We’re currently testing zero-trust and it seems like it’s a good fit for some of our requirements. We’re currently well under 50 users and the free plan suits us. Once we go over, is the $7 for the pay-as-you-go plan per user over 50, or rather, per user. E.G. If we had 51 users, would we pay $7, or $357?

The free plan covers up to 50 users. If you need to exceed that, you must switch to the paid plan which costs $7/seat/month. The paid plan charges for every user, so you’d pay $357/month (51 seats * $7/seat/month).
