Zero Trust Error

I have configured the email addresses of team members, but when log in, the email addresses of team members do not receive verification codes. I have tried logging in as an administrator, but I still do not receive verification codes.

Since this happens with every single one, seems to me that they might have been added to a suppression list. This can happen if the email bounced at some point or if there’s an issue with your email receiver.

Please open a ticket from one of the affected emails, so we can take a look.
