Zero Trust Cloudflare Applications

What is the name of the domain?

zeta.house

What is the issue you’re encountering

Not understanding why multiple domains in a CF application in Zero Trust doesn’t work

What steps have you taken to resolve the issue?

When I create a new application, and I create multiple domains like docs.zeta.house, dev.docs.zeta.house, how come when I try to access docs.zeta.house, after authenticating, it redirects to dev.docs.zeta.house?

Is CF applications in zero trust access intended for only SINGLE domains? Then why support multiple domains? What’s the point?

Can happen due to misconfigurations in the Access policies, DNS routing, or application settings.

May I ask if you are having an apex DNS record such as *.zeta.house already added under the DNS tab of Cloudflare dashboard for your zone?

Cloudflare Zero Trust applications are not limited to single domains. In fact, Cloudflare’s Access service supports multiple domains, subdomains, and even different applications.

Looks to me like it’s a deep-level sub-domain and since proxied :orange: , you’d have to use Advanced Certificate Manager (ACM) so Cloudflare’s Universal SSL certificate would be issued and worked as expected, since Universal SSL certificate covers only 1st-level sub-domains.
