Zero Trust - cannot create new applicationa


We are having an issue with adding New application. When I click on button “Add an application” nothing happens and I can see the error “Failed to load resource: the server responded with a status of 405 ()” in browser console. I had this error yesterday and thought that maybe it was a temporary thing but still there today as well.

Can someone help with this, please?

Facing the same issue, the button doesn’t work anymore. Tried in both Chrome and Safari.
