Hi,
I am trying to create a CNAME for Zendesk. Is this correct?

target: jmawebtechnologies.zendesk.com
TTL Auto
Proxy Status: Proxied (orange instead of gray)
This morning, I tried to add two more records and that’s when my Zendesk broke:
- TYPE: CNAME
HOST/NAME: _ca3-981f65c89eb04837a3604d167e617429.help.syncwithconnex.com
VALUE: dcv.digicert.com
- TYPE: TXT
HOST/NAME: _cf-custom-hostname.help.syncwithconnex.com
VALUE: …
That #2 TXT record is probably ok, but that #1 CNAME should be set to
, as Universal SSL won’t cover a subdomain that deep.

I deleted the CNAME and TXT records below this one. How long does it take affect?
Did those other records have anything to with Zendesk? I’m not sure what syncwithconnex is.
If they’re not part of Zendesk, it could just be coincidence. You might even have to
your ‘help’ CNAME. It takes 5 minutes for changes to take effect.
