Zaraz not loading, script error

I manually load the Zaraz script on my sites. In the last hour or so it’s not loading, there’s an error 500 in the chrome console for the resource, and if I try to manually load the script by url (www.findingtheuniverse.com/cdn-cgi/zaraz/i.js) I get a Cloudflare error 1104:

Is it broken?
