We added the Zaraz HubSpot integration which is triggered by the page view event. Since going live we are no longer seeing HubSpot contact creates attributed to our paid campaigns. Is this a known issue or misconfiguration on our side?
The team will look into this and update soon. It might take some time as HubSpot isn’t one of our most used tools and documentation for it is sparse.
Hi there, we have since gotten everything working with Zaraz by adding the HubSpot tracking code as custom JavaScript. The issue thus appears to be the Zaraz <> HubSpot integration or at least how we had it configured. Let me know if we can help with troubleshooting.
