zaraz.debug not loading

What steps have you taken to resolve the issue?

Checked that the domain is proxied and also used zaraz.preview as the Settings say to use zaraz.debug and documentation says to use zaraz.preview
Auto Injection is enabled in Zaraz Settings
HTML is valid
2 tools enabled

What are the steps to reproduce the issue?

Enable Zaraz tool, publish, add zaraz.debug (‘ourkey’) to Developer tools > Console, hit enter.

There’s no issue with Debug or Preview, Zaraz itself is simply not loaded on your domain.

Found the issue. There was a Configuration Rule loading that had previously had Zaraz disabled.

If I have no tools enabled and am in Preview mode and turn one on, without publishing, does Zaraz get injected? Seemed like I had to enable the tool and publish and then work in preview mode.

You need to have at least one tool published for Zaraz to be enabled

Ok thanks. So the preview mode doesn’t actually inject zaraz if you haven’t previously enabled a tool and published it?

So you have to push a tool into production without being able to test it first?
