Hi @coralglutton,

If you go into the hamburger menu and check the logs, what do you see? Could you share screenshots on here?

Hello! Can it be fixed?

Hi, im having the same issue with the same entries in the logs. I have IOS 17.6.1.
Been fine for years and now this suddenly.
Does anyone know a solution.

I hae exactly the same issue on a Iphone wiht IOS-version 17.6.1. The logs say ‘no error’. ‘Invalid configuration’ Code 0.

Issue still present on iOS 18.01.
Does anyone from Cloudflare monitor this forum?

Interestingly I was able to get it working on my iPhone after some messing around. Though I’m not sure exactly what causes it to resolve, it does seem to work somewhat reliably. I start by changing the DNS servers of the network I’m on. I manually enter 1.1.1.1 and 1.0.0.1 and delete everything else. Then I go through resetting all settings on the WARP app. Once that’s done, I log into Zero Trust, then try to connect. Usually it gets stuck trying to connect. If it does this, I go back to Account settings and it will give the option to sign in still. After signing in again the app might crash, but when I connect again it works. Super strange, but maybe someone smarter than me can figure out what’s going on here.

I should also note that it continues to work even after I’ve changed the DNS settings for my network back to the default of Automatic. It still works even when I change networks too. It only breaks again if I log out and back in with Zero Trust.
