this is the site: www.gasparpocai.com.ar

my hosting provider says there is a problem with cloudflare. I am quite a beginner and just followed the steps that cloudflare says to set up my site. I was able to activate it but when I enter the web it says “your site does not have an https certificate” it can only be accessed through http. I did the diagnosis through cloudflare and “intodns” but I don’t really know what I’m seeing. I’m not a professional, could someone tell me where the error would be? Thank you so much

That message is coming from your server. Was your site using HTTPS before you added it to Cloudflare?

No it wasnt! i build it online with wordpress without https.

Then the error message is accurate. I don’t know why your host is saying this is a problem with Cloudflare when clearly the issue is that your host hasn’t configured your site for HTTPS.

I see from intoDNS: gasparpocai.com.ar - check DNS server and mail server health a serious error in the dns zone in cloudflare, please report this to said entity, send them this URL that I sent you, and tell them that there is an error in the zone of dns.

Make sure they point your site to this IP: 200.58.112.31

this makes sense???

That’s easily done. Use the “Pause Cloudflare on Site” option from the Overview page at dash.cloudflare.com, then wait five minutes for it to take effect.
