Your service did not block ddos-attack

My site was ddos-attacked from 12 July this year, but your service did not block this attack. Why did this happen?

Hi @zulfia10,

Cloudflare doesn’t block everything by itself - do you have a paid plan and the WAF enabled? Did you enable Under Attack mode? Did you create firewall rules based on the patterns of the attacks to block/challenge some visitors?

My site have a paid plan Pro. How can I enable attack mode? Right I think that in this mode real users will be blocked?

WAF is automatically activated when switching to the tariff plan Pro? Or should I specifically WAF somewhere to activate?

Hi. My web-site now is under attack!!! But my hoster blocked my site because the attack was not suspended. WAF is activate. Under Attack mode is activate. My plan is pro. Why is this happening? Why wasn’t the attack blocked?
