You may want to change your pointer (PTR type) DNS record and the host name of your server to the same value.
Here are the tested values for this check:
Both Reverse DNS (PTR) records, as well as the mail server’s HELO/EHLO name are things that are maintained by the the organisation that owns and control the IP space and operate the mail server(s), no one else are able to perform any changes to that.
In your situation, Microsoft (e.g. Office 365 / Outlook) would be the only party that can change these kind of things.
I have the same issue. I built the email server myself and only I have access so how can fix this issue. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Unfortunately just cant get the help I need.
PTR records are managed by the party that has been allocated the IP netblock. That is usually your hosting provider or ISP. You need to talk to them. Cloudflare cannot change those records.
