Of which:
104.26.2.221
104.26.3.221

blocked on the territory of the Russian Federation by Roskomnadzor for violating the law. The blocking occurred due to this site pinupbet341.com. Because of which 90% of visitors to my site lost access to it.

Please change the IP to others or write how I can do this.

You can’t, otherwise the blocked site would be able to and then all Cloudflare IP addresses would be blocked.

The site you referenced no longer exists and last used Cloudflare a year ago, and those IPs 5 years ago…
