Your domain records may be misconfigured

Hello guys,
Please, everyone рelp me fix the error!
(your domain records may be misconfigured. Please create CNAME record with your domain registrar and point it to your assigned Teachable domain)
I’ve been trying to fix this error for a month now and nothing helps.
I rewrote the CNAME records many times, moved the gray cloud from the proxy to the DNS and vice versa, and nothing helped.
I correspond with Teachable support and the domain provider, but alas, the problem is not solved.
I ask you please help.
Thank you so much
Sincerely, Andrew

Hi there,

Your records are correctly set, what is happening is that externally Cloudflare masks the CNAME as an A record.
If you do a dig for the CNAME you wont find it, but if you dig an A record you will.

You can gray cloud the record to have it shown externally as a regular CNAME with your actual content.

Here’s some information about it:

Take care.

Hello,

What’s the URL for your site? You can type it like https:// www example com (with spaces between the words)

Yes, please - https:// www projectshred net

Thank you so much!

That one is still :orange: proxied. Please edit that record so it’s :grey: DNS Only, then wait five minutes to see if that clears up the issue.

Thank you for your helping but actually I did this before but nothing changed

In that case, you’ll have to find out from Teachable exactly what they don’t like about your DNS record(s).

They can’t identify the error either. Anyway thanks
