When I opened my site in Incognito Window in Chrome

What error message or number are you receiving?

What steps have you taken to resolve the issue?

  1. I checked all my settings for both my sites one has the issue and the other doesn’t
  2. homedealsgta dot ca is fine and gtaviphomes dot com has the issue
  3. Both are bought from Domain dot com and hosted on Cloudflare and both have same settings
  4. Also enabled and disabled the universal SSL as a further step

Was the site working with SSL prior to adding it to Cloudflare?
Yes, I believe it was working for sometime even after that

What are the steps to reproduce the error:

  1. Open the website in incognito in Chrome

Have you tried from another browser and/or incognito mode?
Yes, didn’t see the issue in Safari

You need to make the DNS record proxied (:orange:) in order for the universal certificate to be used. It looks like your DNS record is only :grey: DNS Checker - DNS Check Propagation Tool
