We didn’t receive a response after requesting verification of the account holder. Subsequently, the account was suspended and charges were refunded. We will need additional details before you can proceed with the purchase of, or upgrade to a paid level plan. The requested documents are to ensure the payment method’s owner is present and prevent unauthorized purchases. All images are securely uploaded to Stripe and immediately deleted upon review.
What steps have you taken to resolve the issue?
I already made my verification process again with my original documents from my country, however were rejected, and i want to try again
