I get an error “Your card has been declined” when paying with any card on invoice.stripe.com payment portal.

What steps have you taken to resolve the issue?

Tried using several cards from different banks, all these cards are exactly active and working, but I always get the error “Your card has been declined”…

I have not tried the Cash App.
And I don’t have any US bank accounts.
