As the website owner, how do I find the source that is compromised

How can I escalate this to cloudflare as I do not have a business plan. I am wondering if cloudflare is down.

Is not, we’re still up here and running

If something is suspicious about “if Cloudflare down”, pleaes check on the official status page here:

I cannot reproduce this on my end in my Web browser(s)

Wonder if that was a pop-up message?

I’d suggest contact web hosting provider and scan your Website content files for any possible malicious code or malware.

Nevertheless, hopefully you have got some anti-virus/malware software installed on your device for protection.

Do you know how to disable the Cloudflare once just for testing purposes?

All right, I got it:

I’d suggest scan and clean your Website.

Cleanup and clear the cache as well.

  • Use the “Pause Cloudflare on Site” option from the Overview tab for your domain at dash.cloudflare.com .
  • The link is in the lower right corner of that page.

So you have any recommendation what to use to scan and clean the website?
I am so lost and I am so sorry to have to ask this question.

Since it’s WordPress, scan it with Malcare, Sucuri and Wordfence plugins:

After disabling the Cloudflare, the website is loading fine now. My hosting provider said that the website is not infected by malware.

Same is not normal pop-up to be shown from any Website to “fix” human verification mimic of Cloudflare by clicking on it and disabling Windows Defender to execute a script from a Web browser cache.

Do a manual scan using above suggested plugins and shared links.
Once done, report back here.

If your hosting provider has got Imunify360, scan with it too.

The above screenshot is SuCuri Scan

Install the plugin, scan files directly, don’t use online scanner which get’s blocked by the WAF.

ok. Let me try wordfence

You’ve got malware:

This what I got copied to my clipboard once clicked “fix it”.
If anyone follows the instructions, their device will be hacked.

Proceed forward and cleanup as soon as possible.
