I expect that I’ll have the same issue very soon. My old card has expired and I can’t put in a new card due to the Cloudflare billing issues. I’ve just gotten an email saying that “We couldn’t process your renewal payment.”

I’ve opened a ticket with the ID #3250834 and just changed it’s priority to urgent. Can you please have someone look into this @eportillo. If Cloudflare goes down it’ll be detrimental for my sites.
