I am trying to pay this unpaid invoice of $1.29 which I didnt even know I had on my account until I went to sign up for a service on cloudflare. The system will not let me pay with paypal or a CC. I just keep getting this error:
Make payments for your unpaid invoices to proceed. Your account is locked due to the unpaid invoices. (Code: 1323)

Sorry for the issues with this, can you let the Billing team know on a billing ticket?
