Your account is locked due to the unpaid invoices. But I paid

I have already paid the debt. However, the system doesn’t let me to pay to upgrade my FREE plan to PRO.

The current error text: “Make payments for your unpaid invoices to proceed. Your account is locked due to the unpaid invoices. (Code: 1323)”.

I can see a billing agent reached out to you in that ticket and was able to resolve the issue, so I’ll mark this thread as solved
