Your account is locked due the unpaid invoices - Code 1323

Hi,

I’m having a MAJOR issue upgrading my sites “back” to pro. Not sure what happened but they were suddenly switched back to a free plan in January and now I’m trying to upgrade them back to pro and now I am receiving the following error.

The zone cannot be upgraded at this time (Code: 1258)

I have been back and forth with support via ticket # [3162135] providing multiple different payment methods (CC’s and Paypal) and still receiving the same error.

I cannot even upgrade to business to speak to someone in real time. Hopefully someone here can provide some assistance.

Hi I am receiving the following error when trying to add a new site to my account and it is starting to cause some big issues:

Your account is locked due the unpaid invoices - Code 1323

I currently have an open ticket for this issue which has yet to be resolved #3162135

I’ve changed my payment details multiple times as requested with different credit cards and even a valid and funded Paypal account (which I was told to remove because the new billing system does not support it right now).

I looked at all my invoices, I have no unpaid invoices and when I asked the support agent to produce these “unpaid invoices” so I can see what is causing this issue and pay it so that my account can get unlocked they said:

“Already issued invoices however cannot be reissued with new details.”

Not sure what that means.

During this time I am also seeing notices that says in my account that read:

Your debt seems to have been paid in full, and we’re currently processing in order to remove your account restrictions. Thank you for your patience.

Weeks later… And my account is still locked.

I can’t even upgrade to the Business plan to talk to someone in real time to expedite this.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Since you have already checked for unpaid invoices and attempted to update your payment details without success, the next step is to follow up on your open support ticket #3162135. I do see that ticket has been assigned to a billing specialist.

Hi Cyb3r-Jak3, Would you see a chance of escalating my ticket as well? I have exactly same problem as the OP and my ticket ID: # 3176880. It was opened a week ago, no response since then.

Hi Jalamilla, While we’re here, can you please check wether my EXACTLY SAME ticket with n° ID #3176880 has been assigned to a Billing specialist as well?
