What plan are you on? Have you ever been on another plan? How many Page Rules do you have right now?
I was in pro plan before but suddenly I am in free plan. How does it happened?
You might need to check your billing information - whether Cloudflare can deduct the amount from your credit card.

My last payment was in July. So i don’t think that is the problem…
You probably need to contact Cloudflare support regarding this and cannot be resolved in the Community.
To contact the billing team, please email [email protected] from your account email address. If you receive an automatic response that does not help resolve your issue, reply and indicate that you still require assistance. And, please share your ticket number here so that we can track it.
