You cannot add or modify subscriptions or services until all invoices are paid. Download each “Unpaid” invoice on your Billing page and click the “Pay online” link within each invoice to fix your account (Code: 1323)

I can’t go trough this steps because I don’t have any pending invoice: Billing issues relating to subscription adjustments
It’s a new domain registered a few days ago with a new account registered a few days ago, too.
I created a ticket, but can’t access to it too.
Billing issues requre a Billing ticket with Support
If the number of your post is a support ticket number it was created before I posted here and I repeat it, I’m not able to access the tickets and contact to suport.
I see Support sent a note about 12 hours ago to the email you are using here regarding case 00979216, you can respond to that ticket and communicate with Support via email.
