I have this problem You cannot add or modify subscriptions or services until the outstanding balance is paid. You should be able to do so in your Billing page. Which I have been facing for a while when I want to add my domain to Cloudflare, I am asked to pay bills even though I am only subscribed to the free service and I do not have any unpaid bills, I tried to contact the support team via the help feature but without a response for more than a month, the problem is for me and several friends who have large sites with high visits and it did not happen with domains with low visits Even my friends contacted technical support but the same thing happened to them If you talk to technical support about another problem, it will be responded to within minutes to hours, and if you mention this problem to them, you will be ignored for weeks and months without a response at all I hope that the problem reaches Cloudflare management because the problem occurs with many site and domain owners, including me, my friends and several users in the Cloudflare community
