You cannot add or modify subscriptions or services until all invoices are paid. Download each “Unpaid” invoice on your Billing page and click the “Pay online” link within each invoice to fix your account (Code: 1323)
What is the issue you’re encountering
Cannot add the domain to our CF account.
What steps have you taken to resolve the issue?
Checked the Billing and Invoices and there are no outstanding payment or invoice available
as this is a new account.
Billing issues requre a Billing ticket with Support
If you already have a ticket, Support will respond to you on that ticket. Questions about billing will need to be resolved by the Customer Support team and cannot be resolved on the Community.
Thanks for the update and we understand it is cannot be resolved here on the community.
But we have not heard back from the support for 4-5 days now and it’s happening when we try to add other domains too. What is causing this and would like to get this sorted soo. We do not have any billing invoices or subscriptions available to pay.
This case # : 01042104 for just one domain, but we have 100+ domains to move to this new CF account. Hope we will have a resolution where we can continue with the other domains.

hope we will get this sorted soon before closing this thread. Did you receive our reply with the screenshots and information please. According to the community threads around this is a tech issue from CF side and let us know if you need more info from us we really would like to get this resolved, this error is poping up for different domains at different time, we have 100+ domains waiting to be added.
