This message is displayed when you’ve been blocked by the website’s security measures while visiting a site using Cloudflare.
To resolve this/findout more of why you were blocked, you should email the site owner directly - explaining what you were doing when you were blocked. And as you have provided, you should also include the Cloudflare Ray ID, which is typically given at the bottom of the error page you’re seeing and is alphanumeric.
Unfortunately Cloudflare support would be unable to provide you with the reason you were blocked from a site outside of your account.
A quick search of Website Name support will generally point you in the right direction to reach out.
