I tried a lot of time but getting the above mention error when I try to add my site. what to do, I also email to support but did not get any response.
Anyone can help me out.
The domain shows as already active on Cloudflare
$ dig ns pkols.com +short
rocky.ns.cloudflare.com.
mckinley.ns.cloudflare.com.
Are you unable to access the cloudflare account where the domain is active?

Support usually presses a few buttons and fixes it, so just sit tight while they raise your limit.
