What IP do I need to allow for Yoast SEO to work is there a list somewhere for this?
You would need to get this list from Yoast.
Using Yoast SEO, but haven’t had any issues or case where I’d have to whitelist their IPs 
May I ask if this is something new, or you’re experiencing some issues?
I would like to only allow Ip addresses for each plugins. To make the website as secure as possible. Just like a computer with a firewall, you can have an advanced feature to know whats coming in and out.
