Yet another not receiving verification email2

I’m trying to get started with my Cloudflare account but can’t really do anything without verifying my account. I’ve clicked ‘resend verification email’ several times, but no email ever comes through.

I sent an email to If you are a Cloudflare account holder, please submit a new support request from the email address you used to register your Cloudflare account. You should open a ticket directly through the Cloudflare dashboard following these steps: 1. Log in to your Cloudflare account and click on “Support” in the top right corner, from the drop down select Help Center. 2. Click on your name in the top right corner, and in the drop down menu select “My activities” where you will see your existing requests. 3. Scroll to the bottom of the “My Requests” page and click “Submit a request”. but got an automated response stating no longer accepting Support requests at this email address, however it did provide a ticket number
“The request (#2773095) has been updated”

I received the verification email for community, but not for the main account.

@cloonan you seem to be the person everyone tags for this repeating issue. Seems to be an email suppression list?

I do not see any emails bouncing, showing delivery on all of them. But, I ran the routine to remove the address justincase. You may want to ensure the following addresses are on the allowlist at your origin mail server: [email protected] and [email protected]. Let us know if this has any effect and sorry for the issues you’re facing.

I don’t see @ricardo.gil email is under suppression list either.
Cloudflare sent out “[Cloudflare]: Please verify your email address” a few times on May 1st.
Please check your junk/spam box.

Please make sure you allow all emails from [email protected] to prevent any issue as well.

Turns out our filter system was quarantining emails originating from spmailtechno [dot] com, regardless of the address in the sender field.

after releasing them from quarantine, i received the verification emails.
