I’ve chosen the yearly subscription pro-plan in January. In June I got billed for the same domain for a monthly subscription. Somehow my yearly plan (which I paid in advance) was deleted and my domain was changed to monthly payment. I opened several support tickets but the support people told me “you are on the monthly plan”. I paid 200 dollars for the whole year and this just got deleted. How can I find someone who is able to help? The support ticket just don’t get any responses anymore.

I don’t know what happened. Something got changed without my consent.

You will need to open a billing ticket.

Yes I did that but got closed. I guess nobody cared about reading through the whole issue… Reopened the ticket but nobody cares it seems.

You might need to gently explain to the billing team that in this version of the multiverse there are 12 months in a calendar year and that their system appears to be based on multiverse 1103 and needs to be updated to reflect the current reality.

In defense of the billing team, their system is so horrific that they must process thousands of requests a week and don’t have time to actually think, let alone research issues.
