I am a customer with the following email address:
[email protected]
The problem unfortunately is that no confirmation mail arrives, I guess because of the XMPP protocol.
I would like to change the email to this one ([email protected]), because I would like to confirm my account with my email.

Please follow this guide for changing your email
I can’t change the email because I can’t verify the account via the Jabber email and until the account is verified, I can’t change the email.
I’d imagine your best bet is to create a new account with the email you want and transfer all the settings.
