What steps have you taken to resolve the issue?

I have a Yoast Sitemap with over 200K pages on my site. The main issue is that some of our sitemaps are generating 5XX errors in Ahrefs Audit or Screaming Frog Audit. I want to resolve this issue, but I don’t know how. We’ve tried different methods, but the XML sitemap sometimes takes more than 100 seconds to load, and Cloudflare gives a network error, causing a timeout in the crawling system. Please help us resolve this issue.

Cloudflare has a timeout at 100 seconds if the origin doesn’t respond within that time…

The timeout can only be increased with an Enterprise plan. Otherwise you will need to use a non-proxied subdomain for that request.
