X10hosting SSL error

Hi, So with x10hosting i setup Cloudflare security and changed the grey cloud to an orange arrow passing through a cloud. It apparently made a cname pointing to domain.cdn.Cloudflare.net
Normal http works fine when accessing website, however when i try using https, i get

This site can’t provide a secure connection

xxx com sent an invalid response.

ERR_SSL_PROTOCOL_ERROR

And when i try access the raw url (xxx.com.cdn.Cloudflare.net) I get Error 1001
DNS resolution error.

Any help would be appreciated. Thanks

Whats the domain?

It’s strawforum.cf
However, i have asked everyone i know to visit the website through https, it worked for everyone and the certificate shows as Cloudflare, i dont know whats happening, i cleared my chrome data but it still returns the error. only http works for me without the error being thrown

I went through a VPN onto the website through https and it worked. Any ideas how would i fix it to work without vpn?

Well, the part that is going through Cloudflare, which is your www host, works on HTTPS. Your naked domain does not and that is something you have to clarify with your host. They need to fix your certificate.
