X10hosting | Cloudflare - Is it down?

Hi everyone,
I use x10hosting as my hosting provider and I was recently “beefing up” my Cloudflare settings. Can anyone help me figure out if it’s the Cloudflare settings I changed or if my hosting provider went offline?

I tested a few online tools to see if my host was down and a few said it was.
But, idk… Cause my hosts home/login pages work. But my control panel doesn’t? :confused:
