It sounds like your page rule might not be configured to match www. Please follow these steps:

1. Go to your Cloudflare dashboard.
2. Click on ‘Page Rules’.
3. Create or edit a rule to match www.yourdomain.com/*.
4. Set the setting to ‘Forwarding URL’, choose 301 - Permanent Redirect, and enter yourdomain.com/$1 as the destination URL.
5. Ensure your ‘www’ DNS record is set to Proxied (indicated by an orange cloud icon).
