I added the page rule: www… /*, permanent redirect , https…/$1, saved and deployed it but still when i type in the www it says 404 can’t find the url you’re looking for

That hostname is not proxied by Cloudflare. You’ve either set the DNS Record to 
DNS Only, or you’ve Paused Cloudflare for your domain on the Overview page.
