What practice should be best to work cloudflare smoothly for your website.
I am using SiteGround Hosting. I found an article which says -

“To use the CDN service and to always have your website served from the closest location to your visitors your website always has to redirect to WWW URLs. If your website is currently not configured this way we strongly recommend that you reconfigure it.”
is it recommended to use www.version of website?

It’s more personal preference if you use www or not. But some hosting configurations force you to use www (typically if you have to CNAME a link to the origin website instead of an “A” record IP address).
