Www doesn't resolve to domain

Hello Cloudflare Community,

I am currently experiencing an issue with the resolution of www to my domain ‘artz.ma’ on Cloudflare, and I’m seeking assistance to resolve it.

Background:

  • I have a DNS A record properly set up to redirect www to my domain.

  • This configuration used to work seamlessly, but for some reason, it has stopped functioning.

  • The DNS A record seems to be correctly configured.

  • I have not made any recent changes to the DNS configuration.

Issue:

  • Despite the DNS A record being in place, www is not resolving to my domain.

Troubleshooting Steps Taken:

  • Cleared Cloudflare cache.
  • Checked SSL/TLS settings.
  • Verified DNS settings on Cloudflare.

Request for Assistance: If anyone has experienced a similar issue or has insights into potential solutions, I would greatly appreciate your guidance. Any suggestions, troubleshooting steps, or advice on resolving this www to non-www redirection issue would be incredibly helpful.

It’s working ok for me in a browser and in tests.

www.artz.ma redirects to https://artz.ma/en/

Both www and the apex domain resolve to the same Godaddy IP so there’s no Cloudflare involvement in the redirect.
