Www.coinlens.net redirects to another site

The Domain coinlens/net for the past 24hrs redirects to another site.
Please note that we also lost access to the Cpanel. Our known credentials are not working at all.
Cloudflare is our Host but, they wont even respond for the past 24hrs.

Also surpisingly, the ssl we installed a few weeks ago is showing that its invalid.
Any help? we are stuck.
Do you think we have got to change the Host and point our servers elsewhere again…

There is no Cpanel with Cloudflare.

So it isn’t Cloudflare you are looking for, as being “your host”.

The server on the IP address(es) that you have configured in your A or AAAA records within Cloudflare, is the culprit, and they are presenting Cloudflare with an invalid certificate.

So, these few weeks ago, in regards to installing that SSL certificate, … who exactly did you have contact to?

I personally, activated the free ssl given by Cloudflare. Last year, we changed our hosting to Cloudflare from our host that was abit sluggish. We didnt know that we would still need them for the cpanel.
so, this time we cant access the cpanel credentials and we are locked out and our website is redirecting.
We thought, Cloudflare has access to cpanel credentials.

Simply moving your DNS to Cloudflare isn’t the same as moving your website’s actual hosting to Cloudflare.

So, I’m wondering what kind of extra steps did you take back then, to move the content of your website elsewhere, from that sluggish host, if you took any?

And any chance you might want to share who that sluggish host was?

Cloudflare sits as a front to your website, providing various functionality, such as e.g. DDoS protection and caching for your website. Cloudflare would still require a place to fetch the actual website from.

In the most common setups, traffic would therefore go: Visitor ↔ Cloudflare ↔ Origin server

That origin server could be anything from a VPS or a web hosting package, that you have from an actual hosting provider.

Looks like our Host deleted us. We got to get a new Host and upload the site again. Thanks
