"www" access

Hello,

I’m not sure if this is a porkbun issue, a substack issue, or a Cloudflare issue (I’m not on Cloudflare directly, but I think porkbun and Substack use Cloudflare), so I’m contacting all three.

Albeit, it may not be the best time to contact support due to Substack currently having issues.

Anyway, when Substack is working, I have no problem accessing deets.blog.

However, if I try to go to {redacted}

Is this something you can help me with?

Thank you

Hi @rdeets I redacted your image as there was some issue with it.

You should contact the owner of the site you are trying to visit, only they can help you.

I am the owner, which is why I’m posting here.

Porkbun says it’s a cloudflare issue:

Hello,

Thanks for reaching out. This error is due to your domain being listed in Cloudflare in two different zones. If you reach out to SubStack, they should be able to have Cloudflare approve your domain for their DNS zone.

Please let us know if you have any questions or need any further assistance.

Best,

Can you create an Account ticket using the account you are using here? Once you have that ticket, can you share your ticket number here?

You can open an Account ticket here, https://dash.cloudflare.com/?to=/:account/support

On the ticket, let the agent know the name of the domain and a link to this conversation, https://community.cloudflare.com/t/www-access/629176/

That is what brought be here. I filled out the form, and it directed me to post here.

Are you still having issues?

When looking at your own Cloudflare account we do not see any active domains.

A domain can only be active in one Cloudflare account at once:
