Wrongfully charged for pro plan and no response from support

I have 4 sites on cloudflare. I enabled pro plan on one site to test how it was, then deactivated it the next day. To my surprise i was billed 100$ out of the blue. I have been constantly pinging for support via a support ticket, it has been 7 days without any single response. 3278671
