Wrong POP Location

Hello, community,
I have two IP (via my ISP, via my VPN in AWS Lightsail)
two IP’s country is KR (South Korea)

but, Cloudflare routes my ISP IP to LAX, and my VPN IP to KIX.
I’m not sure it is correct.
And I think it is an important point to reduce TTFB time.

I want to get a solution to solve my POP Location Problem.
