Did you change your nameservers before it was time to change them? If existing Cloudflare nameservers are discovered while adding a domain, a different pair will be assigned. Removing and adding the domain will never result in the existing pair being restored.
You are going to need to contact your registrar to regain access to your account there in order to update your nameservers. I’m not fond of email-based MFA for the situation you find yourself in, among its other shortcomings. Once you regain access, you might want to see if your registrar has an option to generate backup codes that you can store in your password safe for such emergencies.
