Previous month cloudflare returned me to free account, because it was problem with payment, after resolving this issue I paid my bill, but did not return r2 subscription. This month I have bill with this subscription too, I don’t use it anymore. Can anyone helps me with this issue?

Sorry for the issues you’re encountering, I see my colleague escalated 3312973 to our Trust & Safety team for review. Once escalated, we no longer have visibility into you ongoing conversations with the T&S team, they’ll need to assist you on the ticket.

How can I write them myself? This is very important to us, our system is experiencing problems right now, but we don’t want to switch to another account

You can try to submit a report at cloudflare.com/abuse and indicate your ticket number 3312973 to help them tie that ticket to the report you file.

I am pretty sure filing a report will not accelerate your time to reply as the T&S team prioritizes their work on type of report. Worst case, it causes distraction and slows the process.
