Wrong geographic identification of the IP address

Hello,

we are an internet provider from the Czech Republic and one of our customers has an issue with our assigned IP address. When he visits www.ifortuna.cz or www.myip.com, he is identified as a visitor from GB and not from the Czech Republic, which causes sites located on your network, such as www.ifortuna.cz, to not work. Why his IP 212.24.138.190 is identified as GB and not CZ within your network. In the RIPE database this IP is localized in CZ.
