Wrong domain upgraded to Pro Plan

In December I upgraded the wrong domain to the pro plan. I realised straight away and from reading the forums cancelled the new pro plan. But this done nothing and we require it to be downgraded and credited to use towards the correct domain. We contacted support 2 months ago and have not had a single response.

What steps have you taken to resolve the issue?

Have contacted support many times with no response at all (For 2 months!). Would be happy to receive a partial credit to go towards us activating the pro plan on the correct domain.
