Wrong CloudFlare namserver when changeing nameserver

Hi.

I / We are having problems when moving a site to Cloudflare.

We get two nameserver to use:
brett.bs.Cloudflare.com

But when trying to change nameserver it returns
two different nameservers and we cannot control the site from the controlpanel.

I have located the issue to be because the site was previuesly added to antoher Cloudflare account. When i readded to that account, it worked on that account. But we cannot use that account in the future… Removing the site again doesnt do anything, it keeps returning the wrong nameserver.

What to do?

Ohh, a Danish domain. Welcome to registries who try to validate nameservers :wink:

Thats a common issue, not only with .dk but also with .dk. Your domain is still associated with a different Cloudflare account which has fiona and rocky assigned. You first need to remove it from that account.

.de as well as .de also have this issue :wink:

I have removed the domain from the other acocunt, but still cant use the correct nameservers :frowning:

It might take some time until Cloudflare announces the nameservers. Maybe open a support ticket to speed that up.

How do i open a support ticket? Simply cannot find out how :smiley:

You can login to Cloudflare and then contact Cloudflare Support, choose the ‘Get more Help’ option.
