Wrong assignation of local provider IP to wrong country

Some sites using cloudflare, for example online shops etc. classify IP of my local provider (based on local TV provider), from Poznań, Poland as IP from Russia (o_O) . So surfing and browsing is not possible beacuse all IP’s from my provider are recognized as from Russia (???) and are banned.

To be strict. Local provider is eastwest com pl and as in screenshot, browsing give 1009 error.
