Wp Login Url Not Working

Hi Everyone, i am not being able to login with my wp login url - when i try to login in my website with url -
btika.com.np/wp-admin it given following error

This page isn’t working

btika.com.np redirected you too many times.

ERR_TOO_MANY_REDIRECTS

But without Cloudflare it works. recently i had changed my url from http to https from word press dashboard setting>general
